Value Added Tax
As a small business within the meaning of § 19 (1) UStG (German VAT Act), the provider does not charge or show value added tax on its own services. The app and any in-app purchases are processed via Google Play, where Google acts as the seller and shows the value added tax applicable in the respective country.

Consumer dispute resolution
We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and do not participate in such proceedings.
